Genuine Products
New Feiya Boxes
Beginning 2010, Feiya will be revising its boxes to a new look in order to help customers distinguish the counterfeit creams from the genuine products. Right now, there are several versions of the fake cream using the white boxes that we have traditionally used. The new silver boxes will make it harder to copy and will have security features that will make it easy to tell that it is a genuine product. The formula and the bottles will remain the same for all products and only the boxes will change. The Feiya Day Cream and Feiya Night Cream will the first to have this new change and other products will follow throught the year. Please feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns.
Genuine Feiya Day Cream
The genuine product is wrapped using a piece of clear plastic with Feiya logo printed all around. The colorful Feiya logo can only be seen when turning and twisting the box relative to a light source (Figure 1). Underneath the special plastic wrap, the genuine product is contained in a white box with a picture of white flowers and green leaves in the background. In front of the picture is an embossed Feiya logo that can be felt by your fingers when touched. The Feiya logo on the Day Cream box is silver in color. Printed in black are the words "UV/30 Antirich Whitening Cream (Day Cream)" (Figure 2). For additional precautions, there is a hologram sticker to seal the box. In the hologram sticker is printed the following in the foreground: “Genuine”, Feiya logo, “Trademark #2843983”. In the background, the word 'cosmetics' is repeatedly printed in several rows (Figure 3). At the bottom of the box is the manufacturing date and the expiration date with the phrase “New Formula” (Figure 4).
When the box is opened, “Feiya®” is printed in green everywhere on the inner small box and on the inside of the outer container (Figure 5).
The bottle of the Feiya Day Cream is a two-tone silver color. The cap has a shiny metallic silver top and a matted (dull) silver color with “Feiya®” printed around it. On top of the cap is a large hologram sticker with “Genuine Product” going around the outer edge, Feiya® logo in the middle, “U.S. Trademark #2843983” below the logo and “cosmetics” repeating in the background (Figure 6). Fake Feiya Picture Gallery
The "Feiya" name and the three rings in the sticker appears gray color at first glance. The background is plain and does not have "cosmetics" printed all over the background.
The REAL hologram has the "Feiya", three rings "GENUINE" and the U.S. Trademark number in a very light silver color. Should hardly be visible at first glance. It will show up with rainbow color when exposed under a light. The word "cosmetic" is printed all over the background. The font of the word "Feiya" should look exactly like the gold or silver lettering on the box.

Genuine Valanna Day Cream
In order to determine whether a product is an imitation, the authentic one should be referenced. The box of the Valanna Day Cream has violet blue, gold and burgundy red colors. The violet blue makes up 60%, and the burgundy red makes up 20%. The gold foil strip separates the blue and red sections and occupies 20% of the face of the box. The first important thing to look for is the Valanna® just above the "Whitening Sunblock Cream (Day Cream)" in the blue section (See Figure 1.A). The second important thing to look for is a flowery background in the burgundy red section (See Figure 1.B). The third important thing to look for is two lines of dates at the bottom of the box. The whole box is shiny in color.
When the box is opened, the inside of the box has the same flowery background in burgundy red. There is an additional folded box that is gold color on the outside and violet blue flowery background on the inside. The gold on the outside has a big 88 in a circle. There are also small 88 and Valanna printed all over (See figure 3):
The jar has a hot pink cap and a rainbow colored 88 stamped on top. There is a gold ring around the jar below the cap, and a white plastic cap on the inside when the cap is opened (See Figure 4).
At the bottom of the jar is a blue, red and gold sticker. There is a red circle in the middle that has a gold 88 symbol, and Valanna printed in the blue section towards the outside of the sticker (See Figure 5A). The last important distinction of an authentic product is an engraved 88®Valanna® symbol just above the sticker at the base of the jar, and it can be felt by your fingers when touched (See Figure 5B).
The above information only applies to comparisons with the Original Valanna Container and Box.
